We operate as a travel agency specializing in organizing tours and transportation services, as well as selling tickets to popular tourist attractions in Vietnam. Our destinations include Da Nang, Hoi An, Hue, Ba Na Hills, Hanoi, Sapa, Ninh Binh, Ha Long, and various other attractions.

We offer a range of car services, including 4-7-9-16-29-45 seat vehicles, accompanied by professional drivers who are well-versed in Thai, English, and Chinese languages. Our drivers are familiar with multiple routes and can provide recommendations for restaurants and entertainment venues upon customer request. Additionally, we provide shuttle services for sightseeing based on customer preferences. We are capable of tailoring tours to meet the specific needs and preferences of both individuals and organizations.

Our team of drivers are professional, knowledgeable in many languages such as Thai, English, Chinese, and also knowledgeable about many routes and tourist attractions. They can suggest to customers restaurants, and entertainment spots if customers have a need

Our customer base primarily consists of groups of foreign friends and families, ranging from 2 to 15 people, although we can accommodate larger groups of up to 40/50 individuals. Our sales and customer care team is available 24/7 and can assist customers in multiple languages.

To ensure the best experience for our customers at the most affordable prices, we collaborate with reliable and professional partners, including hotels, boat houses, and ticketing points. This close coordination allows us to offer optimal services and deliver a memorable travel experience.

As a travel agency based in Da Nang, we prioritize and facilitate tours, travel arrangements, transportation, and accommodations for international tourists visiting Vietnam’s scenic destinations such as Da Nang, Hue, Hoi An, and other beautiful spots.

Situated in Da Nang, known as Vietnam’s most liveable city, we are dedicated to promoting Vietnam’s welcoming and friendly tourism image to friends from all over the world. We strive to provide exceptional services that showcase the unique beauty and cultural richness of our country, ensuring that our international visitors have a memorable and enjoyable experience.

4. Vision

Our primary objective is to establish a well-connected network between individuals, travel agencies, and accommodation providers in Da Nang, Hue, and Hoi An, and connect them with international tourists. Currently, our focus is primarily on attracting visitors from Thailand, Malaysia, China, Taiwan, Singapore, Indonesia, and other Southeast Asian countries. However, we have plans to expand our reach to include guests from Europe and America in the near future.

By the year 2024, our shared goal is to operate a minimum of 10 tours per day, accommodating approximately 70 guests daily. To meet the demands of international tourists, we aim to have a fleet of over 20 vehicles with friendly and knowledgeable drivers who are available year-round to provide exceptional service to visitors exploring Vietnam. We are committed to delivering a high level of customer satisfaction and ensuring that our guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience throughout their journey.

Our target customers primarily consist of tourists visiting Da Nang, Hue, and Hoi An in particular and Vietnam with a specific focus on Southeast Asian markets such as Thailand, Malaysia, and Singapore, mainland China and Taiwan. We aim to cater to the travel needs and preferences of individuals from these regions, offering them a comprehensive range of services including tours, transportation, and accommodation arrangements.
